摘要 建立了螺栓法兰联接的三维力学及传热学模型,在考虑垫片非线性基础上,研究了法兰的瞬态温度场分布以及温度场的变化,对垫片和螺栓载荷的影响。研究表明,由于瞬态温度场的影响,螺栓载荷变化滞后于垫片载荷的变化,并且随着内壁温度的升高而增加;垫片外侧载荷变化呈先升后降的规律。 A three- dimensional mechanical model and a heat transfer model of bolted flange joint were built. Based on the considering of the nonlinearity of the gasket, the effect of the transient temperature field to the gasket and the bolt' s loading was studied. The investigation indicates that the change of the loading of the bolt lagged behind the gasket which increased along with the rises of inner layer temperature. The loading of the outboard gasket has the rule of first rose then descended.
