摘要
目的:探讨经阴道超声子宫输卵管声学造影诊断输卵管通畅程度的价值。方法:回顾性分析2004年4月至2007年4月我院538例不孕症患者经阴道超声子宫输卵管声学造影术并行X线子宫输卵管碘油造影术进行比较。结果:经阴道超声子宫输声卵管声学造影术与X线子宫输卵管碘油造影术比较,输卵管通畅及阻塞者结果符合率达100%;通而不畅者结果符合率达84.58%。结论:经阴道超声子宫输卵管声学造影术可初步了解输卵管的通畅性,可作为诊断和治疗输卵管不孕患者的初次筛查手段,方法安全简单,值得推广,尤其在基层医院。
Objective： To evaluate the diagnostic value of sonohyterogtaphy on infertility. Method： We analyzed 538 patients of intertility . Then compared the results with sonohyterogtaphy and hysterosaltingotaphy. Result： Compared sonohyterogtaphy and hysterosahingograty, fallopian tube smooths and Fallopian tube blocks result coincidence rate amounts to 100%. Fallopian tube through but no smooth result coincidence rate amounts to 84.58%. Conclusion： Sonohyterogtaphy is a simple and convenient method with high accuracy. And can be regarded as a feasible way to diagnose infertility.
