目的:探讨和总结外周血造血干细胞移植治疗淋巴瘤预处理期间的护理及并发症的预防。方法:病人在预处理治疗期间,对并发症的观察及护理情况。结果:15例病人顺利完成预处理治疗方案,无并发症发生。结论:外周血造血干细胞移植是治疗淋巴瘤最有效的方法,其中预处理期间的护理及对并发症的观察和预防是保证病人治疗成功的关键。需要用严谨的态度做好层流室无菌环境的维持及躯体护理,密切观察病情,严防并发症,及时对患者做好心理疏导以保证移植的顺利进行。

Objective： To investigatien and summarize the syndrome ＇ s prevent and nurse of peripheral blood stem cell transplantation in the preparing treatment of lymphocy tumour. Method： After the preparing treatment, the course of the syndromes and nurse were obversed. Result： 15 patients received and finished the plan of preparing treatment, and no patient occurred any syndromes. Conclusion： Peripheral blood stem cell transplantation is the furthest way in the treatment of lymphocy tumour, and It is key to assure treatment success for the nurse of the preparing treatment and the observe of the syndrome.
