低分子肝素对谷氨酸所致大鼠大脑皮层神经细胞损伤的保护作用

摘要 目的研究低分子肝素对谷氨酸(Glu)损伤培养大鼠皮层神经细胞的保护作用。方法体外培养大鼠皮层神经细胞,建立谷氨酸诱导损伤模型,采用MTT法检测细胞活力;测定神经细胞培养液中乳酸脱氢酶漏出率;Fura-2/AM双波长荧光分光度法测定神经细胞内钙。结果LMWH可提高Glu损伤神经细胞的活力,降低Glu所诱导的乳酸脱氢酶释放率增高,降低神经细胞内钙离子浓度。结论LMWH对Glu所致大鼠皮层神经细胞损伤具有保护作用,其作用机制可能与钙拮抗作用有关。
