摘要
本文对金色狗尾草（Ｓｅｔａｒｉａｇｌａｕｃａ（Ｌ。）Ｂｅａｕｖ．）的染色体进行了研究。结果显示，染色体数目为２ｎ＝１４，核型公式为Ｋ（２ｎ）＝１４＝１２ｍ＋２ｓｍ，核型为“１Ａ”
The number and karyotype of chromosome of Setaria glauca were studies. The results showed that the chromosome number of the species is 2n=14 and its karyotype formula is K(2n)=14=12m+2sm. Setaria glauca belongs to type '1A' of Stebbins karyotype asymmery.
