本文对金色狗尾草(Setariaglauca(L。)Beauv.)的染色体进行了研究。结果显示,染色体数目为2n=14,核型公式为K(2n)=14=12m+2sm,核型为“1A”
The number and karyotype of chromosome of Setaria glauca were studies. The results showed that the chromosome number of the species is 2n=14 and its karyotype formula is K(2n)=14=12m+2sm. Setaria glauca belongs to type '1A' of Stebbins karyotype asymmery.
