摘要
应用显微数码互动实验室,设计一例发育生物学实验,观察人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)促蟾蜍排精作用,同步观察精子的形态和精子运动过程的动态图像。该实验改变了传统的教学模式,取得了较好的实验效果。
By using the mutual figure lab, an experiment of developmental biology was designed. The urging function of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) to the spermatozoon production of toad were observed, and simultaneously the configuration of spermatozoon and the dynamic image of their moving process were also observed. This experiment changes the traditional teaching mode, and gains a good experimental result.
