摘要
用液体闪烁法测定14C年代工作的前期样品制作技术的实验探讨,对提高14C制样技术的操作技能和用液体闪烁法测定14C年代的精度有着十分重要的意义。通过对14C样品制作三个步骤的分析,找出了影响14C样品碳转化率的因素;适当调整以往14C制样的技术指标,可将样品碳转化率从80%左右提高到85%以上,并稳定在85%~90%之间;同时。
The paper investigated the pre-samples producing technique of the work of radiocarbon dating using liquid scintillating method. It's of great importance to improving operating skill and measuring precision. Three procedures were given to this technique, and we can find the influential factors to conversion coefficient of radiocarbon. Conversion coefficient of sample radiocarbon was stabilized by 85 percent to 90 percent through properly adjusting the technical index, thus causing the great success of producing the international collabrative radiocarbon samples .
