羧甲基葡聚糖/羟基磷灰石纳米复合微粒的制备与表征 被引量:1

摘要 通过对葡聚糖进行改性得到可溶性的羧甲基葡聚糖(CMG),以此为模板制备了羧甲基葡聚糖/羟基磷灰石(HA)纳米复合微粒,采用TEM、FTIR、XRD、Zeta电位等测试方法对复合微粒的结构和性质进行表征.结果表明所制备的羧甲基葡聚糖/羟基磷灰石纳米复合微粒为核壳式结构,大小较为均一,分散性较好,性质稳定. In this paper, water-soluble carboxymethyl glucosan (CMG) was gotten with chloroactic acid and was used to synthesize CMG/ hydroxyapatite (HA) nano-composite particles. The composition and structure of particles were characterized by TEM ,FTIR,XRD and Zeta potential etc. The results show that the CMG/HA nano-composites are spheric and stable. The HA nanoparticles are wrapped by CMG. The diameters of HA core and CMG shell are about 100nm and 120nm, respectively.
