我国经济法理论的产生和发展深刻地受着经济改革进程的影响。在改革的起步阶段,我国的大经济法理论产生。在经济体制改革时期,大经济法理论有所限制。在建立社会主义市场经济体制阶段,我国的市场经济法产生并得到发展,与此对应,市场经济法理论产生。

That our county economic law theory ＇ s producing and developing was being affected by our county economic reform course deeply. In the starting phase reforming , the great economic law theory of our country comes into being. In economic structural reform stage, the great economic law theory was restricted to some extent. In building the socialist market economy system stage , that the market economic law produces and further develop, hereof corresponding together economic law theory is new theory of economic law.
