摘要
采用ATMOS长距离输送模型,预测了"西电东送"贵州火电项目对区域硫沉降的影响。分别对2004年、2010年的区域硫沉降进行了模拟和预测,模拟结果揭示了该区域在现状与规划两个时段硫沉降的空间分布特征和省际传输关系;同时还对电厂源和非电厂源的贡献进行了对比,指出了造成该区域硫沉降污染的主要原因。预测结果表明,贵州省的硫沉降主要是由于非电厂源导致的,如果单纯从电厂源的削减入手很难解决如此严重的环境问题;从电厂源的角度来看,虽然2010年的装机容量相对于2004年明显增加,但是由于2010年贵州省所有电厂均采用脱硫措施,电厂源对总硫沉降的贡献相对于2004年将明显减少。
By using the ATMOS model, the influence of Guizhou power plant plan of "South-to-East electricity transmission" project on regional sulfur deposition is forecasted. The respective simulation and forecast of regional sulfer deposition in 2004 and 2010 show the relationship between sulfur deposition distribution and power plant distribution in the area during the two periods, and contribution of power plants and other sources are compared, displaying the main cause of contamination. The forecast results show that the sulfur deposition in Guizhou is mainly due to nonpower plant sources, and it is difficult to solve the serious environmental problem only by cutting sulfur emission from power plants. To the source of power plants, although the installed capacity in 2010 will increase greatly in comparison with 2004, their contribution to sulfur deposition will reduced substantially since by 2010 all the power plants in Guizhou will have installed desulfurization facilities.
