介绍了医院四维平衡计分法,即客户维度、财务维度、内部业务流程维度、学习成长维度的具体内容和方法,并介绍了广东省中医院在内部运行机制的改革上运用四维平衡计分方法的实践及成效。
Contents and methods of hospital four-dimensional balanced scorecard was introduced. The four dimensions were patient dimension, finance dimension, interal business process dimension and learning dimension. Experience and effectiveness were presented.
