介绍广东省中医院打造患者信赖的品牌医院的做法和成效。指出,要正确认识品牌建设的必要性,品牌建设的关键是形成医院能力与患者需求之间的独特匹配,良好的医院形象有助于医院品牌的形成,品牌形成必须依靠医院文化建设。
Experience and effectiveness of building patient trust hospital brand in Guangdong Province Traditional Medical Hospital was introduced. The necessity of building hospital brand should be attended. The key factor of brand building was matching hospital capacity and patient demands. Good hospital image and hospital culture helped hospital brand building.
