公立大医院在发展社区卫生服务中应承担的社会责任

Public hospital's social responsibility in developing community health service

公立医院的非营利性、公益性决定其负有社会责任,在发展社区卫生服务中应积极承担社区卫生专业人才队伍的培养任务,建立公立大医院支援社区卫生服务的长效机制,健全与社区卫生服务中心的双向转诊制度,主动为政府排忧解难,缓解人民群众“看病难”、“看病贵”的问题。

The characters of non-profit and public interest caused public hospital had its social responsibilities. In development community health service, public hospital was considered to training community health service staff and support communityhospital referral system. A long term mechanism of healping community health service be built to alleviate the difficulty of high cost of treatment.
