五年制医学本科生胸心外科临床实习教学的问题与思考

Problems and consideration on cardiovascular surgical clinical practice teaching for five-year program medical undergraduates

通过对五年制医学本科生胸心外科临床实习教学现状的分析,认为目前存在主要问题有:医学课程模式的相对落后;教学大纲的先天不足;各教学点胸心外科开展不均衡;就业压力、考研竞争等事宜对教学造成冲击。针对问题进行了深入探讨并提出建议:优化临床医学学习内容,完善临床实习教学大纲;加快医学课程模式的改革;加强对实习生的教育,提高对胸心外科实习重要性的认识;合理解决临床实习与考研、就业的关系;保证教学医院质量,提高带教水平与实习效果。

The issues of cardiovascular surgical clinical practice teaching for five-year program medical undergraduates were illogical curricular model and teaching syllabus, defect teaching guide, unbalanced cardiovascular surgical level, employment pressure and postgraduate examination. Based on the characteristics of cardiothoracic surgery, teaching experience in 454 hospital of P,L,A, was collected in recent years. Suggestions were optimizing study content and teaching syllabus, reforming curricula mode, improving the recognition about cardiothoracic surgery clinical practice, solving the inconsistency between clinical practice and postgraduate examination rationally to improve cardiovascular surgical clinical practice teaching.
