基于最低冗余度策略的医学图像可视化技术研究 被引量:3

The Study of Medical Visualization Technology Based on the Least Redundancy Strategy

摘要 提出了医学图像快速体绘制的一种基于最低冗余度策略的可视化技术VLR(visualization with the least redundancy)算法。利用卷积实现多输入到单输出映射特性,仅对兴趣体素以及对其产生影响的体素进行数据处理,极大地降低了数据处理冗余度;同时,通过有效利用缓冲区,避免数据重复运算,节省了内存和运算时间。实验表明,该算法在医学图像可视化方面是非常有效的。 An improved fast and direct volume rendering algorithm utilizing the least redundancy strategy is proposed in this paper. Considering convolve can be concluded from several inputs to one output, we dispose the interested voxel as well as those affecting them to evidently reduce the redundancy. In the new algorithm,buffers are utilized availability to avoid disposing a voxel repeatedly to save memory and time. The experiment results show the efficiency and good peroformance of the proposed algorithm in visualization.
