摘要
研究了青春双歧杆菌和乳链球菌混合培养的生长动力学模型.培养基中作为碳源的葡萄糖对双菌生长有重要作用,以葡萄糖为速率控制底物,且根据这两菌对底物的竞争关系和代谢产物可以互相利用、互相促进生长的共生关系,从而导出其动力学方程。
The growth kinetics of mixed cultures of B.adolescentis and Str.lactis is studied.As the carbon source of culture medium,glucose plays an important role on the growth of both bacteria.The glucose is the rate limiting substrate,for which both bacteria compete with each other,and their metabolites have the commensalism and can be used to improve the growth of other bacterium.A simple kinetic equation,thereby,is introduced,which can be used to estimate the parameters and to predict the pilot plant fermentation.
