运用模糊综合评估原理和层次分析法，进行区域技术发展水平的评价。
The appraisal of regional technology development is made by means of the principles and methods of fuzzy synthetical appraisal and the analytic hierarchy process.The quantitative description of regional technological developmental status is investigated.
