摘要
采用干法工艺,以磷酸一钠、磷酸二钠和三聚磷酸钠作酯化剂,脲作氮化剂和催化剂,合成了PS-I型阴离子淀粉。实验对制备因素、温度、酯化剂用量以及反应时间作了全面考查。实验结果表明用三聚磷酸钠作酯化剂比磷酸一二钠为好,反应在130-140℃,2-3小时,可以获得白度75-80,给合磷为0.50%左右,含氮量≥0.
PS-I Anionic Starch can be synthesised by using starch react with Urea and phosphate salt as NaH 2PO 4,Na 2HPO 4 and Na 5P 3O 10 (sodium tripolyphosphere) in the dry process. This starch derivative contains phosphorous and nitrogen groups, so it can be used as wet-end additions and adhesive in paper industry. In our experiment, we study the reative temperture, time and the amount of phosphate salt etc. factor, experimental result show that Na 5P 3O 10 as etherifical agent is more better than NaH 2PO 4, Na 2HPO 4. At reactive temperture 130-140℃, time 1-2 hour, we can get the anionic starch with 75-80 white dgree and 0.40% phosphorous.
