In recent years, constructing a harmonious society has become our government＇s new concept. This concept not only put a view for the community correction, but also make it as our own work. As a rising system, its oretical and actual basis will directly affect its future. So the research on community correction has become necessary and urgent and it has been very important in theory and practice.
