B7同系物1(B7-H1)分子是共刺激分子B7家族的重要成员,在淋巴细胞及大部分外周组织可以广泛诱导性表达。B7-H1可以和T、B细胞上程序性死亡-1(PD-1)受体及另一未知的刺激性受体结合,调节淋巴细胞的功能。B7-H1分子的表达与肿瘤、炎症、器官移植排斥以及病毒感染等疾病密切相关。通过调控B7-H1的表达水平来调节淋巴细胞的免疫功能,将为疾病的免疫治疗提供新的思路。
B7-homologl ( B7-H1 ) is one of the important members of costimulatory molecules B7 family and broadly induced in the majority of peripheral tissues as well as lymphocyte. Upon binding to programmed death 1 receptors and an as yet unidentified costimulatory receptor on T-cells and B-cells, B7- H1 may regulate lymphocyte responses in peripheral tissues. The negative regulatory role of B7-H1 has also been documented in human diseases, including cancer, inflammation, allograft rejection, and virus infection. Delineation of the complex interactions between B7-H1 and its receptors as well as its interplay with other ligands is critical for understanding this new immunoregulatory system. Precise manipulation of B7-H1 and its receptors may provide unique opportunities for designing new disease treatments.
