摘要
目的探索《健康心理学》课程对医科大学生心理健康的影响。方法用应付方式问卷、SCL-90、自我意识开放性问答,比较2003-2004年下半学期选修《健康心理学》的369名大学生教学前后心理健康变化情况。结果教学后SCL-90各因子分均有所降低,且强迫、人际敏感和焦虑因子得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);教学前后应对方式差异虽未检出有统计学意义(P>0.05),但教学后合理化因子得分有所增加,求助、自责、幻想和退避因子得分有所降低。教学后,大学生对自我的负性评价更少,更倾向于中性和正性评价,大学生的自我评价更加全面平衡。结论《健康心理学》课程对大学生心理健康水平的提高及自我意识的提高有一定的作用。
Objective To explore the impact of health psychology course on medical college students' mental health.Methods 369 medical college students were tested by Coping Style Questionnaire, SCL-90 and selfconsciousness opening answer to compare the mental health before and after attending the course of health psychology. Results After the course, the each score of constraint, sensitiveness, and anxiety decreased obviously (P〈0.01) ; the score of seeking help, self-accusation, imaginationand escape fator decreased (P〉0.05) ; the students' selfevaluation of post-course is more positive than that of pre-course. Conclusion The course of health psychology is availableto improve the medical college students' self-consciousness and levels of mental health.
