随着大量农村人口进入城市,流动儿童的规模不断扩大。流动儿童教育目前存在的问题暴露了我国教育制度、政策及观念等方面的僵化,反映了城乡分隔管理体制的弊端,对实现九年义务教育的目标提出了新挑战。

With a large number of rural peoples move into cities, the scale of rural migramt children continues expanding. The questions now in the compulsory education for the rural migrant children expose the rigidity in our educational system, policy and ideas, reflect the defects of the management system of separation between town and country, and issue new chanllenges to the realization of nine-years compulsory education.
