摘要
采用Instron3211毛细管流变仪,研究了聚乙烯(PE)与两种不同改性淀粉共混物的流变行为.用不同改性剂改性的淀粉,对共混物的流变性产生明显不同的影响,但均表现出切力变稀流行为.
The polymer blends of polyethylene (PE)/modified starch a(MS a) and PE/MS b have been prepared with a SJ 20A×25 Model extruder.The starch modifers have a striking effect on the rheological properties of PE/starch blends.The flow temperatures of PE/MS a blends are much lower than those of PE/MS b blends.The relationships between the apparent viscosity of blends and the content of starch are very complex and can not been described by a monotone function.In the range of not very high shear rates,the power law can be used to describe the flow behavior of various blends.The viscosities of various blends decrease with the increase of shear rate and the rise of temperature respectively.
