摘要 用荧光光谱法系统研究了β-环糊精与水杨酸的包络反应条件及包络物的形成常数,实验发现,在包络体系中加入少量苯,对荧光反应和荧光强度的影响极大. The inclusion complexation reaction of β cyclodextrin with salicylic acid in aqueous solution in the presence and absence of benzene was investigated by means of fluorescence spectroscopy.The experimental results revealed that the fluorescence intensity and stability of the inclusion complex could be obviously increased.The reaction conditions of the inclusion complexation reaction was studied.The formation constant of the host guest inclusion complexes of β CD with SAL and in the absence and presence of benzene were found to be 5.43×10 3 and 7.61×10 3 respectively.The mechanism of the inclusion complexation reaction above were also discussed.
