摘要
用微量热法测定了布鲁氏菌M5(55010)和83-981在27℃和40℃时的生长发热功率曲线.由这些生长发热功率曲线,建立了细胞有限条件下连续增长热动力学方程:ln(Pm/Pt-1)=ln(Pm/P0-1)-kt从而求出了细菌的生长常数k.这个方程非常适合“S”
The thermogenesis power curves of Brucellas M 5(55010) and 83 981 at 27℃ and 40℃ have been determined. From the thermogenesis power curves,a thermokinetic equation as : ln (P m /P t-1) = ln (P m /P 0-1) - k·t could be established for cell continue growth under limited condition .From this equation, the cell growth constant k were obtained. This equation is very stuitable of “S” thermogenesis power curves. This equation is very significant for the study of bacterial limited growth and their characteristics.
