摘要
目的选择适宜的采用JPEG2000技术压缩胸部CR图像的压缩比。方法分别采用不同的压缩比压缩胸部CR图像,并与原始图像比较。结果通过采用各种压缩比获得质量不同的图像,并采用ROC曲线分析和t检验评价各种图像。结论对于压缩比在20:1以下(P>0.01)时原始图像和压缩图像没有明显差异;此外ROC曲线分析显示采用JPEG2000压缩技术的胸部CR图像压缩比达到50:1时对肺部病变的临床诊断没有任何影响。
Purpose To choice feasible CR chest images compressed with JPEG2000 technology. Methods Compressed CR chest images with different compression ratios and compared with original image. Results Acquired images of different compression ratios and evaluated all images with ROC analysis and t test. Conclusions The results of the statistical tests show that there is no significant difference between the original and reconstructed images for compression ratios up to 20: 1, at a 99% of confidence level. Moreover, the results of ROC analysis indicate that compression ratios using JPEG2000 for CR chest images may be as high as-50: 1, without adverse effects on clinical diagnostic performance.
