摘要
对湘钢1号高炉采用的新技术进行了总结分析。湘钢新1号高炉采用了皮带上料、串罐无料钟炉顶、薄壁炉衬、卡鲁金顶燃式热风炉、环保型INBA、单锥环缝洗涤塔等一系列新技术,是湘钢装备水平最先进的高炉,也居于国内同级别高炉先进水平。
The paper summarizes the new technologies adopted in No. 1 BF of Xiangtan Iron and Steel Co. , such as belt charging, vertical center feed type bell -less top, thin furnace lining, Kalugin top combustion type hot air stove, environment friendly INBA, single cone AGE scrubber, etc. No. 1 BF is the most advanced one in Xiangtan Iron and Steel Co. and also the advanced one among the similar blast furnaces domestically.
