摘要 综述了国内高强度钢船体用焊接材料的使用要求、现状及发展趋势。国内高强度钢船体用焊接材料的工艺焊接性与使用焊接性的要求极高,尤其是抗裂性与低温韧性。国内高强度钢船体焊接目前仍然以手工焊接为主,高效率焊接材料的应用还不普遍,且存在焊接材料的含氢量尚不能有效控制及低温韧性水平不高等问题。中国高强度钢船体焊接材料的发展趋势是实现船体优质、高效与低成本化焊接。其中,药芯焊丝MAG焊与MIG焊、实心焊丝脉冲MIG焊及超低碳贝氏体焊接材料将得到发展。 The technical requirement, state of the art and development current of high strength welding consumables used in hull welding were summarized. There are extremely requirements in the fabrication and service weldability for high strength hull welding consumables, especially the resistance to crack and the toughness. At present,the high strength hulls were manufactured mostly by the shielded metal arc welding, the high efficiency welding consumables was not used widespreadly, the hydrogen content is needed more decrease and the toughness is needed more improving. The development of the high strength hull welding consumables is supposed to actualize high efficiency welding. The MAG welding of the flux cored wire,the pulsed MIG welding of the solid wire and the ultra low carbon bainitic steel welding consumables will be developed.
