摘要
分析了气电立焊的工艺特点和焊接熔深的影响因素,建立了气电立焊焊接热输入与坡口截面尺寸的回归方程,回归结果表明,两因素间线性相关非常显著,可以由坡口截面尺寸来控制焊接热输入大小。分析了气电立焊HAZ区性能变化规律,提出了应以焊接热输入控制为准则的工艺设计思想。进行了新型EH36高强船板钢的气电立焊试验,结果表明,经热输入为186kJ/cm焊接,在-40℃条件下焊接HAZ区具有较高的冲击吸收功,各项力学性能完全满足船规要求,该钢具备高热输入焊接的适应性。
The characteristics of EGW( electrogas welding) process and the influence factors of weld penetration were investigated.Regressionformula between heat input and sectional area of groove was built up.The results show that the linear relationship between heat input and thesectional area is obvious,and the heat input can be controlled auording to the sectional area of the groove.The variations of HAZ properties ofEWG was analyzed,and the idea that the process design is based on controlling heat input was put forwerd.EGW experiment for EH36 hullplates was carried out.The results shows that the toughness of EH36 welded with 186 kj/cm heatinput satisfies specification at-40℃.Theplates have a good adaptability to welding with high heat input.
