摘要本文基于巴罗提出的政府公共产品支出理论模型,分析和论证财政支出及其结构对经济增长的影响方向和程度。并依据理论模型进行经验分析,指出应该更加合理有效地对公共资源进行配置,促进经济长期增长和社会发展。 Based on the Barro＇ s public expenditure model, the paper analized the influence mechanism of public expenditure and its structure to economic growth, by theoretical model showing the direction and degree of influence. According to the theoreti- cal model, an empirical study also printed. Through the empirical study ＇ s results, it emphasized the efficitive distribution of public resources would improve the longterm growth and development.
