摘要
以惰性物作为示踪物,采用扰动—响应方法在CL-TBP溶剂浸渍树脂为填充剂的环状萃取色谱床中直接测定了示踪物停留时间分布曲线,求取了轴向扩散系数,并讨论了示踪物注入位置、冲洗液表观流速对轴向扩散系数的影响。研究结果表明,随着冲洗液表观流速的增加,轴向扩散系数亦增大。所建立的连续环状萃取色谱床中轴向扩散系数的关联式的计算相对偏差小于±5%。
The resident time distribution curves in continuous annular extraction chromatography that is packed with CL TBP impregnated resin were measured by applying stimulus response technique with an imperfect pulse tracer injection. Saturated solution of KCl was used as tracer. Axial mixing coefficient was calculated. The influences of injection position of tracer and the superficial velocity of eluent on the axial mixing coefficient were discussed. Results show that axial mixing coefficient increases with the increasing of superficial velocity of eluent. The correlation equation of axial mixing coefficient was suggested with maximum error of ±5%.
