An evaluation of the effects of psychological education on the poverty nurse students’ psychological health status

摘要 目的:了解贫困护生与非贫困护生的心理健康状况,并对贫困护生的心理问题采取干预措施,提高心理健康水平。方法:采用90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)、焦虑自评量表(ASA)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)对在校的231名护生进行调查分析。结果:贫困护生的心理健康水平普遍低于非贫困护生。实施干预:开设心理讲座、团体辅导、个别辅导,健全帮困体系、成立"自强自立爱心会"之后,贫困护生心理健康水平显著提高。 Objectives: Finding out the difference between the poverty nurse students and non-poverty nurse students in the condition of the psychological health and taking some interventions to resolve the psychological problems existing among the poverty nurse students to improve their psychological health level. Method: Adopting symptom check list 90 (SCL-90), Zung self-rating anxiety scale(ASA), Zung self-rating depression scale(SDS), and Eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ) to investigate 231 nurse undergraduates to find out their psychological health status. Results: The psychological health level of the poverty students was significantly lower than was that of the non-poverty ones. Intervention measures: The psychological health level of the poverty nurse students has been significantly improved through psychological lecture, group and individual tutorial, helping poverty system, and the establishment of the Union of self-striving and independence.
