摘要
通过对全市31所医院3000名护理人员的基本情况和护理专业发展进行了问卷调查发现,该市护理专业所面临的主要问题有5个方面:一是护理服务供需矛盾日渐突出;二是护理人才断层严重;三是护理人才资源浪费严重;四是护理专业可持续发展缺乏后劲;五是护理劳动得不到社会承认。根据上述问题,从护士自身素质、护理管理者、卫生行政部门包括护理学会在今后如何加强护理队伍建设等方面,提出了相应的建议和对策,其目的是促进我市护理学科得到良好的发展。
Through an investigation to 3000 nurses in 31 hospitals of Weihai city, five problems were found in nursing specialty development: firs, the inconsistency between offerings and demands in nursing services was becoming more and more obvious; second, faultage in nursing talents was severed; third, there was a great waste of nursing talent resources; fourth, the continuous development of nursing specialty was lack of aftereffect; finally, the work of nurses was not admitted by the society. Corresponding suggestions and counterrneasures against these problems were given to improve the nurse group construction in nurse stuffs, nursing managers and health government departments.
