A survey on the knowledge, attitude, and skills of hospital information systemamong nurses

目的:了解护理人员对HIS的知识、技能和态度。方法:调查采用方便抽样的方法,对病房系统的230名护理人员进行调查。结果:①受访者的HIS知识处于中等水平。②受访者在实践中积累了丰富的相关技能和知识。③受过、没受过岗前培训的护理人员在HIS技能方面的得分差异无统计学意义。④护理人员对HIS系统的态度30岁上、下的人群,初、中级职称之间的差别有统计学意义。结论:通过对HIS护理人员知识、态度、技能的调查,可为医院管理决策者提供了可靠的信息,提高护理人员工作效率、护理质量和护理人员素质,培养护理人员科学化、标准化、正规化的工作作风。

Objective： To explore the knowledge, attitude and skills of hospital information system （HIS） among nurses. Method： Two hundred and thirty nurses in wards were investigated by non-random sampled method. Results： The average knowledge level on HIS among responders was mediate. The responders calculated abundant knowledge and skills on HIS through practice. There was no significant difference in skills of HIS between responders undergoing pre-position training and those not being trained. There were significant differences in attitude to HIS between responders over 30 years old and those under 30 years old, between responders with primary technical post and those with mediate technical post, respectively, Conclusion： Through this investigation, reliable information was offered to the decision-makers of medical management; the work efficiency of nurses, quality of nursing care and the stuff of nurses were improved： a scientific, standard and normalized work style was established among nurses.
