Situs inversus totalis, which refers to a mirror-image reversal of the normal position of the internal organs,is rare and confusing. It is often associated with other anomalies, which may disturb the surgical procedure for diseases. Posttraumatic pseudoaneurysm of replaced hepatic artery in situs inversus totalis is extremely rare. In the present report, we describe a case of traumatic hemobilia from pseudoaneurysm of replaced hepatic artery in a child with situs inversus totalis, which was managed successfully by superselective embolization.
