摘要
在对西部多条高速公路调研基础上,建立了高速公路车速预测模型和基于行车稳定性的高速公路自由流状态下事故当量经济损失与横向力系数差之间的关系模型,并在此基础上建立了交通安全评价标准。
Based upon survey to multiple expressways in Western China, this paper sets up a expressway vehicle speed forecast model and relationship model for the difference between accidents equivalent economic loss under free expressway traffic stream and lateral force coefficient, and it sets up traffic safety evaluation standard based upon the result.
