A Survey into and Considerations on the Scientific Research Conditions of Postgraduates in the Xinjiang Institutions of Higher Learning

新疆高校硕士生培养师资力量整体配置不平衡。通过问卷调查我们发现,新疆高校研究生问题主要表现为科研意识淡薄,科研训练不足,学术视野狭窄,学术交流欠缺。管理方、导师和学生本人三方的共同努力是解决问题的一个方面。

The disposition of supervisors for master degree candidates is out of balance in the Xinjiang institutions of higher learning. After the questionnaire survey, it is found that the essentid problems of postgraduates lie in a dim consciousness of scientific research, an inadequate training in scientific research, the tunnel vision of learning and lacking in academic exchanges. It is a way for the managerial staff, supervisors and students to make joint efforts to solve the problems.
