摘要 目的:探讨关节镜下微骨折术治疗膝关节全层软骨缺损的临床疗效。方法:对2001年4月-2005年10月的膝关节全层软骨缺损,分别行膝关节镜下关节清理术结合缺损区微骨折术(36例)和关节清理术(32例),根据临床症状、Tegner运动评级及HSS膝关节评分标准综合评定疗效,随访观察6个月-24个月。结果:关节清理术结合缺损区微骨折术总有效率88.9%,关节清理术总有效率53.1%,两者有统计学差异(P〈0.05)。结论:关节镜下微骨折术具有微创、治疗过程相对简单、疗效肯定,是一种修复全层关节软骨缺损的方法。 Objective:To explore the treatment effect of full-thickness chondral defects by microfracture under arthroscope, Methods:From Apr 2001 to Oct 2005 for patients with a full-thickness chondral defect of knee, 1 group(36 patients) was treated by arthroscopic microfracture, and the other group(32 patients) by arthroscopic debridement. To evaluatr clinical outcome by posttreatment symptoms, Tegner and HSS knee scores in 6 to 24 months period. Results:Total effective rate of treatment was 88,9% by arthroscopic microfracture, 53.1% by arthroscopic debridement. There was significant difference between the two treatment(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Microfracture technique under arthroscope might be a kind of method in the treatment of full-thickness cartilage defect of knee joint, which process the advantage of less trauma, simple process of surgery and reliable effect.
