可调式塔形气垫胸腰段骨折复位器的临床应用

Application of Horacic and Lumbar Compression Fracture Replacement Device with variable and turritus Air-cushion

目的:寻找一种安全.有效.经济的胸腰椎压缩骨折的非手术治疗方法。方法:应用可调式塔形气垫胸腰段骨折复位器对1999年6月至2007年4月共99例胸腰椎压缩骨折患者进行治疗。测量2周后椎体高度恢复情况,观察患者临床症状改善,并对治疗患者进行随访。结果:应用可调式塔形气垫胸腰段骨折复位器治疗2周后,患者椎体高度均有明显恢复,症状明显改善,疼痛明显缓解。结论:可调式塔形气垫胸腰段骨折复位器是一种安全、有效、经济的胸腰椎压缩骨折的非手术治疗方法。

Objective： To find a safe, impactful and economical nonoperative treatment in treatmen of thoracic and lumbar compression fracture. Methods： 99 patients were treated from June 1999 to April 2007.To measure the height of vertebra after two weeks ,observe the clinical effects.And patients were given follow-up survey. Results： In two weeks, me nelgnt or verteora and the symptoms were recoverd obviously, and pain was remitted. Evidently. Conclusion： Horacic and lumbar compression fracture replacement device with variable and turritus air-cushion might be a safe, impactful and economical nonoperative treatment.
