曲安奈德在翼状胬肉手术后的应用

Effect of Triam Cinolone Acetonide Injection after Microsurgical on Pterygium

目的：探讨翼状胬肉显微手术切除后局部应用曲安奈德的疗效及安全性。方法我院2000年8月-2006年12月收治翼状胬肉48例（62眼）,均先行显微手术切除翼状胬肉,用曲安奈德5mg于术中、术后两周、术后1月局部球结膜下注射。结果：术后随访1年,应用曲安奈德治疗翼状胬肉无复发,并能明显降低并发症的发生。结论：曲安奈德是一种安全有效降低翼状胬肉术后复发的药物,可以作为翼状胬肉切除术后的常规用药。

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of being used triam cinolone acetonide injection （TAI） after microsurgery in pterygium. Methods： Aug 2000-Dec 2006 the total cases of 48 （62 eyes）, They were all made microsurge on pterygium.48 patients （62 eyes） were treated with TAI in operation ,2 weeks, 4 weeks. Results： Allthe patients were followed up and checked 1 year, The relapse rate of pterygium in TAI was zero. It showd TAI could obviously reduce pterygium＇s relapse. Conclusion： The TAI might be a kind of saft and efficient medicine for preventing the relapse of pterygium and can be used routinely after microsurgery.
