摘要左主干（Left Main Coronary Artery,LM）是左冠状动脉发出后至分支前,其长度变异很大,可在数毫米至数厘米之间（0.2cm-4.0cm）,多在0.6cm-1.0cm之间,超过1.6cm与无LM少见。LM的长度与左冠状动脉开口直径及LM直径大小无关。LM的直径一般较右冠状动脉稍粗,
