第129例 发热皮疹——头痛——听力下降

病历摘要
患者女，23岁，因“反复发热皮疹22年，伴头疼17年”于2006年8月11日入院。患者1岁半时（1984年7-8月）无明显诱因出现发热，最高可至39～40℃，伴皮疹，集中在躯干、头面周边及鼻周，大片斑丘疹，发红、不痒、不疼，晨4点开始发热，至上午10点后开始退热，热退疹消，隔日再次发热，解热镇痛药治疗可暂时退热，7岁（1990年春天）诉头疼，发热时著，伴恶心，
