美心力对不适洋地黄治疗的慢性心衰临床研究

Curative Effects of Cyclic Advenosine Monophosphato (cAMP) to Treat CHF

目的研究美心力(cAMP)对不适宜洋地黄治疗的慢性心力衰竭临床疗效。方法在常规治疗基础上随机分为美心力组和常规组两组,观察用药前后各组临床症状的改善情况以及各项心功能指标的变化,对比观察两组的疗效。结果美心力组治疗慢性心力衰竭安全有效,总有效率为95.65%,与常规组相比临床症状、心功能各项指标均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论美心力治疗慢性心力衰竭安全有效,在一定程度上可作为β受体兴奋剂、磷酸二酯酶抑制剂的替代药物,对一些不适宜洋地黄治疗的CHF有较广泛的应用前景。

Objective To study the curative effects of cAMP to treat chronic heart failure（CHF）patients which can not be used digitalis.Methods In normal regulations curing foundation,the patients were divided randomly into two groups：the routine group and cAMP group,we observed the improvement in each group＇s clinical symptom and various hearts function index sign with the medicine,compared the two group＇s curative efficiency.Results Compared with the routine group,there is a good curative efficiency in the cAMP group which clinical symptom and various hearts function index sign had made obvious improvement（P〈0.05）,the total efficiency is 95.65%.Conclusion cAMP is safe and good in curing the chronic heart failure,which can be used as the substitude medicine of β-stimulant and phosphodiesterasic inhibitor,there is an extensive applied foreground to the CHF patients which cant be used digitalis.
