Influence of Early Nerve Rehabilitation on Prognosis of Brain Stroke

摘要 目的探讨早期神经康复治疗对患者神经功能缺损评分、偏瘫肢体运动功能及日常生活活动能力的影响。方法将120例脑卒中患者随机分为康复组和对照组各60例,于治疗前及治疗后各个阶段分别对两组患者进行NIHSS评分、Fugl-Meyer评分及Barthel指数的标准化评定。结果治疗前两组NIHSS评分、Fugl-Meyer评分及Barthel指数积分相近,差别无显著性(P>0.05),治疗后(1个月和3个月),康复组NIHSS评分较对照组显著降低(P<0.05),而其Fugl-Meyer评分,Barthel指数积分则明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论早期神经康复介入治疗能显著促进脑卒中患者神经功能恢复,提高日常生活活动能力,改善预后。 Objective To explore the influence of the early nerve rehabilitation treatment NIHSS Fugl-Meyer and daily life activity.Methods 120 cases of patients with brain stroke were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group 60 cases,standandization evaluation of index of NIHSS score Fugl-meyer score and Barthel were done before and after treatment.Results The index score of the two group's NIHSS score、Fugl-Meper score and Barthel index before treatment are similiar,there is no significant difference among them(P〉0.05).After treatment of l month and 3 months,the NIHSS score of rehabilitation group decreased significantly compared with that of control group(P〈0.05),while its Fugl-Meyer score、Barthel index are obviously higher than that of contol group(P〈0.01).Conclusion Early nerve rehabilitation treatment can obviously impove the rehabilitation of nerve function of patients with brain stroke,improve daily life ability and prognosis.
