摘要
对河北省农村劳动力转移就业培训的现状进行了深入地调查研究,并提出河北省农村劳动力转移培训工作的对策措施,要强化服务功能,加强监督管理,改善农村劳动力就业环境;拓宽转移渠道,培育就业新载体,合理消化农村剩余劳动力,营造农村劳动力转移就业技能培训的良好氛围。
Current status of employment technical training for rural labor force transfer in Hebei Province was investigated and studied. Countermeasures for the training work of rural labor force transfer in Hebei Province were put forward, including strengthening service function and supervising management, improving rural employment environment, developing transfer channel, euhuring new employment vector, using surplus rural labor force rationally and building kind environment for the employment technical training of rural labor three transfer.
