摘要
[目的]为了进行猪链球菌LJ株的分离与鉴定试验。[方法]利用鲜血琼脂培养基,通过厌氧培养对自然发病的病死猪肝脏组织进行细胞形态学观察和革兰氏染色镜检。[结果]生化试验和动物接种试验结果表明,所分离的细菌为致病性猪链球菌;药敏试验结果表明,分离的链球菌对头孢曲松中度敏感,对氧氟沙星低度敏感,对庆大霉素、环丙沙星、复方新诺明等10种药物产生耐药性。[结论]分离的猪链球菌具有很强的抗药性;该研究为猪链球菌的防治提供了依据。
A white transparent colony was isolated successfully from liver of a spontaneous pathogenic and died swine using blood agar culture medium in the condition of anaerobic culture. The colony showed β -hemolysis. Gram positive coccus array was sawn like catenuliform through microscope after Gram staining. Biochemical test and animal inoculation test showed that the isolated bacterium was pathogenic swine streptococcus. Drug sensitive test showed that isolated streptococcus was middling sensitive to cefatriaxone, low sensitive to ofloxacin, resistant to ten medicament including gentamycin, ciprofloxacin, trimethoprim and sulphame -thoxazole. This indicated that the drug resistance of isolated streptococcus was very high.
