火焰原子吸收光谱法测定从江椪柑中的微量锌 被引量:5

摘要 通过正交试验优化组合,得到最佳仪器工作条件,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定微量元素锌。结果表明:线性范围为0 ̄2.000μg/ml,标准曲线相关系数r为0.999 89,特征浓度为0.019(μg/ml)/1%,检出限为0.05μg/ml,标准偏差SD为0.38%,相对标准偏差RSD为1.43%,回收率为99.3%。该方法简便,灵敏度高,结果准确。 [Objective] The study was conducted to detect the trace zine content in Congjiang Citrus. [Method] The instrumental parameters were optimized by orthogonal experimental design. Trace zine was detected by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). [Result] The linearity range was 0.000-2.000μg/mL. The calibration curve was linear with r=0.999 89. The characteristic concentration was 0.019 μg/mL/1 % and the detection limit was 0.05 μg/mL. The average rate of recovery was 99.3 % while the standard deviation (SD)and the relative standard deviation (RSD) were 0.38 % and 1.43 %, respectively. [Conclusion] The method was simple, accurate and with high sensitivity.
