摘要
[目的]为了研究土壤养分对板栗品质的影响以及山地与平地板栗品质的差异。[方法]以东陵明珠板栗为试材,比较了山地与平地上板栗的水分、可溶性糖、可溶性淀粉、蛋白质含量和糊化温度等内在品质指标的差异以及山地与平地土壤有机质含量、氮(N)、磷(P)、钾(K)含量的差异;分析了板栗水分、可溶性糖、可溶性淀粉、蛋白质含量和糊化温度以及土壤有机质含量、N、P、K含量的相关性。[结果]山地板栗果实中的可溶性糖、可溶性淀粉、蛋白质含量均高于平地板栗,但果实淀粉糊化温度高于平地;在山地中,板栗的可溶性糖、可溶性淀粉与土壤全P含量呈负相关,蛋白质含量与土壤全K含量呈负相关;平地板栗的含水量与土壤全P含量呈正相关,且达到了极显著水平。[结论]该研究对板栗下山栽培具有参考价值。
[Objective] The experiment was conducted to study the effect of soll nutrient on Chinese chestnut quality as well as the quality differences between mountain and plain. [Method] Taking Mingzhu Chinese chestnut as the research material, differences of internal quality index of plain -soil and mountain -soil Chinese chestnut were compared, such as water, soluble sugar, soluble starch, protein content and melting temperature. The differences of organic matter content, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in plain and mountain soil were also compared. The correlation among Chinese chestnut water, soluble sugar, soluble starch, protein content and melting temperature as well as soil organic matter content, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium were analyzed, [Result] The soluble sugar, soluble starch, protein content of mountain-soil Chinese chestnut were higher than those of plain -soil Chinese chestnut. However, starch melting temperature of plain -soil Chinese chestnut was higher. In mountainous areas, soluble sugar and soluble starch in Chinese chestnut had negative correlation with soil total phosphorus. And protein content had negative correlation with soil total potassium. Water content in plain -soil Chinese chestnut showed positive correlation with soil total phosphorus, which had reached extremely significant level. [Conclusion] This study had reference value for downhill planting of Chinese chestnut.
