农用地集约利用潜力评价与应用研究——以山东省临沂市为例

Application Research and Potential Assessment on Intensive Use of Agricultural Land

土地集约利用是建设节约型社会的重要内容。以临沂市为研究区域,从农用地分等成果入手,界定了农用地集约利用潜力的内涵,提出用产能潜力系数和效益潜力系数相乘计算农用地集约利用潜力系数的方法。研究结果表明,该方法具有较强的实用性。

Intensive exploitation of land is one of the important contents in bffilding economy society. At present, intensive use of agricultural land has not been attached enough importance. Taking Qiling city as the research region, the connotation of intensive use of agricultural land potential was defined from agricultural land classification. Calculation method for assessing intensive use potential coefficient to evaluate intensive use of agricultural land potential were put forward by multiplying the efficiency potential coefficient and the intensive utilization potential coefficient. Research result showed that this method was practical and feasible.
