摘要
在总结分析宜昌茶业品牌整合取得成绩、存在问题的基础上,从政府要引导品牌整合,企业要积极壮大经济实力,加强人才队伍培养,强化质量体系建设,突出企业文化等多方面论述了提高宜昌茶业品牌整合效益的建议。
Achievement and existing problems in brand conformity of Yichang tea industry were summarized and analyzed. Furthermore, suggestions for promoting the brand conformity effect in Yichang tea industry were put forward from many aspects, such as the guiding of government during brand conformity, the positively expanding of economic power by enterprises, strengthening the cultivation of the talented person troop, consolidating quality system construction and giving prominence to enterprise culture.
